Kanalthuruthukal play highlights women’s experiences in a surrealistic setting. A housewife who suddenly forgets who she is, her long dead childhood friend who communicates with her, a housemaid accused to have killed her new born child, a woman who sees eyes watching her everywhere may appear fantastical but the experiences they share are universal to women.
